Return Policy

At slimmk.com, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original condition within 180 days. The original tag must still be attached.

Once your return is received, you will either receive a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, or you may choose to exchange the item.

1. Request a Return

Please email us at service@slimmk.com to request a return or exchange.

2. Packaging

Carefully pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice.
If you no longer have the original packaging, please follow the guidelines of USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure safe packaging.

3. Shipping

Attach the printed shipping label clearly on the package and seal it securely.
Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels.
Drop off the package at your nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

4. Exchanges, Store Credit, or Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

• Regular-priced items: Eligible for exchange, store credit, or a full refund within 7 days after receipt.

• Sale / promotional items: Eligible for exchange or store credit unless marked as Final Sale.
