How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Add all desired items to your shopping cart.

  2. Choose your payment method via our website or PayPal:

    • Website Checkout: Click the green “Checkout” button on the right side of the screen.

    • PayPal: Click the PayPal button to proceed.

  3. You will be redirected to the “Customer Information” page. Please enter:

    • Email address

    • Name

    • Address

  4. If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right and click “Apply”.

  5. Click “Continue to Shipping” and verify your delivery address (if different from billing). Then click “Continue to Payment”.

  6. Enter your payment details. You may indicate if billing and shipping addresses are the same.

  7. Click “Complete Order”. You will see an order summary on screen and receive a confirmation email.

What should I do if items are missing or incorrect?

Please contact us at service@slimmk.com with your order number and photo proof (max 1 MB).
We will resend the correct item at no extra cost, and you may keep the incorrect item as a gift.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and purchase details.

Can I modify my order?

Changes are only possible on the day of purchase before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7).

How do I add items to my cart?

  1. Go to the product page and select your options.

  3. Enter the desired quantity and proceed to checkout or continue shopping.

How can I view my cart?

How do I remove items from my cart?

  1. Click the cart icon (top right).

  2. Find the item and click “Remove”. The page will update automatically.

How do I change item quantity?

  1. Click the cart icon.

  2. Adjust the quantity field. The total price will update automatically.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can only be canceled on the same day before 11:00 PM (PDT).
After that, cancellation is no longer possible.
